| In this section you'll find info and pics on the differences betwwen the JDM vrs. USDM parts. The photos shown here have been get out of the Internet, so their are property of their respective owners. | |||||
This two pictures are from siR JDM Civics. Watch how the front bumper, bumper turn signals, hood and headlights are different. The USDM hood has the center portion downwards, the JDM is upwards to hold the bigger B16A powerplant. The bumper turn signals are sealed and go around the corner with an amber light cover. The headlights are also bigger, aprox 1" and come with one bulb instead of low and hi as the USDM. Also, on the black Civic you can see the rear seats with headreasts. 
Here is the tailight of the JDM 4G Civic/CRX. Notice how the amber turn signal goes around the corner of the car. 
 
 The upper rear spoiler of the 4G is different: the JDM siR is larger and tilt upwards at the end. Besides, comes standar with a L.E.D. light (the one i had to make!)  The 5G upper spoiler, which is also different from the USDM counterpart. It tilts upward, is a little bit larger, and has LED light too. 
 The pictures above show the Mugen front bumper, available for the 4G Civics/CRX in Japan. But talke a closer look at the hoods: the one on the left has a little "mountain", because is the JDM si with the ZC engine, the DOHC. The one on the right is an siR because the whole center of the hood tilt upwards to hold the B16A engine (DOHC-VTEC)  Side pic of the siR front bumper. Watch the bumpers on the siR CRX, they are different from the civics because the front turn signal is complete ambar, no clear like the Civics. Where I found this photos, they say that the CRX on the left has Vision mirrors. For me: they are just plain cool!! they have this little hole on them.  The siR center piece on the Civic and CRX has the VTEC logo on it.  This is the famous EF8/9 cluster from JDMland. Notice how different it's from the USDM counterpart. Position of the gauges differ, speedo just in Km and Tach up to 9.5K, with 8.1K redline!!! The only problem with this is that if you want it in your car, you have to rewire everything, since the plugs don't work with the USDM plugs. But, that's a price I would be willing to pay if I ever receive this little gem!!! ;-) EF8/9 Cluster wiring diagram EF8/9 Cluster installation 
These are the engines found on the JDM Civic/CRX. The one on the left is the siR with B16A DOHC-VTEC engine. The one on the right is a true si with ZC DOCH engine. 
 
 
Can you say JAPANESE!! This are the front bumpers and headlights of the JDM Integra, Accord and some 4G Civics Sedans.
